FounderPad
Insight validation and micro-crowdfunding for a one-person company. Policy and tools bring people in. A pre-order tests the demand. Once funded, the money becomes compute, and the product gets built.
A one-person company usually stalls on three things. The policies and tools are hard to see, the demand has never been tested by anyone outside, and there is no early capital or compute.
FounderPad turns those three into one path.
Arrival
The site opens as a content portal. Policy, subsidies, and AI tools come first. Collection and summaries are done by AI, and policy is published after a person reviews it. Coverage starts with the largest cities and the next tier. People arrive to look something up, and then they see a project being tested.
Validation
A founder submits an idea with a fixed target of 10,000 yuan and a countdown of seven or fourteen days. Supporters pre-order the product in fixed tiers. It is not an investment, and it promises no return. If the target is missed, the money goes back the way it came. If it is met, the project graduates.
Building
After graduation the funds become that project’s compute balance, used to call models and build the product. They cannot be withdrawn. The platform covers its cost on actual usage.
Project one
The platform itself is project number one. It is built in public, on the same mechanism.
